A friend of a friend hosted a graduation party and nobody showed up to it, and then I was hanging out with my friend until midnight and when I got home my dad said I don't spend enough time with him and now I just feel terrible all around. Like I legit feel like a piece of shit
@heisterposting Genuinely the payday community has grown into one of the worst on the internet. All the reasonable people left after payday 3 slop and all that’s left is half-wits
@jackraabbit I remember last time I played tf2 I had mentioned something off offhandedly about some sports team to which a chorus of grown men shouted "go sportsball" to me. Haven't played it sense
@mojorisn75 Do you think this guy has actually read any of those authors? Or do you think he bought a copy of Das Kapital, read the first few pages, got bored, and decided he knew enough about ideology from twitter replies.
@Moonjinn555@PurpleColonelSP When I was upgrading my pc I didn't have all that much money to work with. I figured if I could get just 16gb and if I wanted to I could just buy more later since it was so cheap. Thank god my friend convinced me to buy 32
@plasma_node When i was a kid I did comms for a couple weeks, I only made like 300 robux. This one guy was a pain in the ass, he had me revise it like 12 times, eventually he basically asked me to remake the whole thing from scratch. At that point I ghosted him and pocketed the 100 robux
@PurpleColonelSP if you want you could even compare it to half life 1. That game had a pretty weak story, and it was mostly just shooting aliens with big guns. But you know that game is more than that.
GTA is the Avatar of video games. Lowest common denominator stuff. Nobody's ever praised the quality of GTA's vehicle controls, or the combat, or the story, or the movement mechanics, it's just the game that has all of those things and does it well enough in a big world.
@PurpleColonelSP I get the avatar comparison, I just don't agree. Theres some actual substance to the gta 5 story, even if it mostly boils doing to "robbing stuff is cool". but theres also a fair bit of commentary on complex relationship dynamics which avatar could only dream of
