@LT_Tross Thanks! We're hoping to go to Early Access towards the end of 2026, but realistically we're probably looking at 3 years for a final polished release. When outside of the ship none of the interior lighting is being rendered, so it's naturally far less GPU intensive.

Are you a SciFi/Starship Concept Artist?

We are looking for a talented concept artist with a particular passion for starships and science fiction hardware/vehicles.

The role will initially involve working with our backer community to produce polished concept art for their custom starships/vehicles, and will later be expanded to producing concept art for all manner of in-game vessels, hardware, and prop items.

Our 3D modellers will be using the concept art to directly create game assets, so the artwork will need to be reasonably detailed and realistic ( we are using real-world technology for our ships).

Whether or not this is a permanent or contracted position will depend on the applicant.

@paperghost Yes, at the moment we added a few to the work-in-progress customisation. The ones we do have were chosen based on our backer's nationalities. Many more will be coming soon :)
