Against the railings and couldn't get onto the pavement because of how the bus was parked. This happens a lot with busses and I'm sure it's not just an issue for people with prams. Please can someone get your drivers to be more aware!

@Hermesparcels my return was supposed to be collected today and hasn't been. Please can this be looked into. My confirmation email doesn't seem to have a tracking number on it & the tracking link doesn't show anything when clicked on

Having an absolute nightmare with @uk_vikingdirect order was damaged and replacement broken too. Neither has been collected and customer service appalling, invoice not cancelled although they said they would. My complaint email has been ignored too!

@dobbies my order was dispatched last week. 3 items turned up quickly but with no warning, i.e no delivery email or text. 1 item has apparently been cancelled but I've not received any info about it. The last item hasn't arrived yet but there's no tracking. Please can you help.
