@cdrluk you tell me number states that you are now closed for Christmas! Thats not a great start for an official complaints body. Registered my complaint over 2 months ago - not heard a word. I’ve now been fighting this since September 2024!!!!

@TfL it appears your license application department has a backlog and those who have paid for a PCO will just have to wait (indefinitely as no timescale given) but we can’t earn money without a license so what are you doing about this tfl? You’ve had my money for 9 weeks now!!

@nectar I read there were issues with persons stealing points. Didn’t even know that was a thing until i checked my account. 7500 went last summer - I don’t recall using them. Can this be checked?

@SimonCalder Appreciate IT outage is old news but still struggling with TUI Airlines re flight cancellations. Apparently CAA states that they have to either refund OR get you on an alternative flight and the choice is yours not theirs. It actually states this is the law - is the correct? 👍
