Did you know that it takes @mtnug an entire day to process the sale of 2 mobile phones at their service centre in #Masindi.
They have no system for issuing #Efris receipts either so when you give them your TIN number it is a whole process.

I went to inspect & commission a borehole in Kimengo in Masindi and what I found was a ghost borehole and yet the District went ahead & paid the contractor. There are 3 other non-existent boreholes in the Subcounty.

All the responsible officers have been handed over to Police.
