@sirwinsk@VegasUte@ralphamsden Lost. Yall are a good program. Huge fan of your coach.
Doesn’t change the fact that Ralph’s a pussy and makes up shit to get mad at Tech about.
@JoshReed21@Michellek4040 You know why. It’s the new kid on the block. If Cincy were taking recruits that UT/LSU/Michigan/etc were going after, or if Cincy was making the CFB playoffs, everybody would be hammering them.
The hate is a good thing. Let the hate run all over me. Fuck em.
@CyberTheCyFan The reaction to Cincinnati knowingly playing a player who is actively gambling will tell us if a lot about the source of people’s anger at Tech.
Cincy did exponentially worse than Tech. Will we even see an equal amount of backlash, @CyberTheCyFan?
@CyberTheCyFan Its just hard to square bc the reaction was so disproportionate to the action.
Even assuming TTs worst intentions, TT is not nearly the 1st to make decisions for their own benefit at the detriment of the sport. Never has the CFB world collectively bitched anywhere close to this
@VegasUte@ralphamsden Vs Utah, TTU def scored late.
But also…. TT starters were pulled early in half the games
vs UH: kneeled at UH 10 yd line w 1:30 left
vs OkSt: played the 4th string QB to end the game
vs UCF: kneeled at UCF 9 with 1:10
vs WVU: 4th string QB played 4th, kneeled w 2 mins
@NotJackKemp@DanIsett@CodyC64 Not sure how the implication is the same. Voting against Paxton in impeachment trials and representing him are pretty far apart
But alas, not interested in arguing about something so small. Youve seemed to have your own thoughts in this rather than joining the collective outrage
@NotJackKemp@DanIsett@CodyC64 I believe you said the other day that one of Sorsby’s lawyers defended Paxton.
Dustin Burrows voted to impeach Paxton. If that’s what you mean by “involved” in the trial, OK, but that’s not what you said on your show.
@PaulCatalina How did they clash? He’s trying to change the broken system, and also working within that broken system.
It would seem counterproductive to his push for change if he tried to set a precedent of “self policing”. We know that would never catch on to address CFB’s real problems.
@NotJackKemp@DanIsett@CodyC64 Jake has gotten several things wrong about this whole deal. (Sorsby’s lawyer also represented Paxton? What??)
But he is right about this. The bill would not address state contract law.
