@bt_uk I received my new smart hub 2 yesterday and today I’m receiving emails and texts asking me to send it back or I’ll get charged! I’ve had nothing but problems with BT ever since I signed up!

@Plusnet I moved house 7 weeks ago and I’m still waiting to have an engineer come round to install fibre and I’m still waiting for my router to be delivered and every attempt to contact someone has been met with me being completely ignored. So far Plusnet have been terrible
