Not impressed with @HiveHomeUK @HiveHelper - just had an email that our Hive Hub router is being phased out. Email states £30 to replace. Called the number to discover actual replacement cost is £190 to replace the whole system (which works perfectly). Very misleading guys! #hive

Day 4 without a working phone for one of our team. Thanks @VodafoneUK - it seems that “split ports” are quite common with @VodafoneUK when moving to them, resulting in days without service. Getting beyond a joke now!
