@enes_elvin @alsertdemir @aykutkarakurtt @jjmt_ep I think anterior wall substrate is the most difficult to deal with. Anterior lines frequently lead to biatrial flutter with them, but ultimately necessary sometimes.

@josoriomd @Dr_Santangeli If no leak at implant, would just stop. Then reimage later while on DAPT. If there was a leak at implant, that’s a tougher decision
