Have spent 90 mins trying to get a live customer service rep at the Charlotte Marriott Renaissance SouthPark with no luck on any the phone lines (sales, Front desk, billing). Just rings, rings... I guess the 55K spent by my group on Mar 27-30 was not that valued @MarriottBonvoy .
