@TUIUK What is going? Not only are you unwilling to refund Amber countries, but even when I'm trying to change my holiday I get no response on social media for 3 hours! And I've spent 4 hours in total on hold on the phone to be cut off each time. Ridiculous! 😡

@AmazonHelp Originally via a 4K fire stick but the picture was terrible. Switched to using the Prime video app on Xbox series X because of having a wired internet connection. At times it’s better but the image cuts up and the sound judders constantly. Tv is LG CX model. WiFi 79mb download
