This woman in Ghaziabad is caught on camera repeatedly beating street dogs and breaking their water bowls. Doesn't this fall under a public menace?

What makes this even worse is that she had previously signed a written mutual settlement (Faisla Nama) explicitly promising that she would never harm the dogs again. Yet, she has completely ignored her own commitment and continues this ruthless abuse unabated.

This is a direct violation of Section 11(1)(a) & (h) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (PCA) Act, 1960 and a serious, cognizable offense under Section 325 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), which carries a punishment of up to 5 years in prison.

Strict legal action must be taken against her immediately!

A poor security guard belonging to an OBC category was cornered, assaulted by the residents of Mahagun Mywoods, Noida Extension. He was later detained by the police, and lost his job after being accused of supporting people who feed community dogs.

No one should face violence, humiliation, or lose their livelihood for showing compassion towards animals or supporting those who do. Thankfully the animal activists got him released.

THE BITE CASE THAT PUT GUJARAT HIGH COURT'S DOGS IN THE CROSSHAIRS OF ASIM PANDYA!

Senior Advocate Asim Pandya, who previously lost a confidence vote in this very court, continues to demand the removal of community dogs from the Gujarat High Court campus and has reportedly pushed for contempt proceedings to force action.

But where exactly will these dogs be taken? Which ABC facilities will house them? What rehabilitation plan exists? What happens to sterilized, vaccinated community dogs who have lived on this campus for years?

Asim Pandya has fought for this for months. When his position was challenged a few months ago, these advocates circulated the attached picture as evidence of a dog-bite case.

Looking at the image, it almost appears as though the dog took a pair of scissors, made a neat cut, and then kissed the leg because I don't see what looks like a bite. Do you?

NOW TELL ME: WHO IS HARMFUL? The dogs, or those who are using this image to justify removing an entire community of animals?

The answer to coexistence challenges is responsible management, not the erasure of an entire animal community.

We urge the Gujarat High Court administration to reject mass removal and pursue humane, evidence-based measures that protect both people and animals.

The dogs belong within our circle of compassion too.
