@drjmanagem66730 I believe that the main factor of a good team is all having the same end goal in mind. Anything that falls away from the end goal should be frowned upon and anything that bring you closer to that goal should be accepted.

@drjmanagem66730 I have not had much experience with mindfulness in any of my jobs. I do own my own power washing business however, and we have a few rules like "moving with purpose" or "do it right or do it twice" that allow us to work efficiently while being mindful about the process.

@drjmanagem66730 Attitudes and values may be the most important factor to a healthy company. Walmart is a very philanthropic organization which is good to see, but companies like Chic-Fil-A embrace a positive attitude down to the front-line workers. I aim to be like these businesses.
