67 residents were displaced from their home on Friday 15th June 2018 as a result of a 2nd fire at the GSofArt. A GCC cordon brought further untold stress.
"As part of the GSA's continued effort to improve and develop better communication within the local community" can I suggest lifting confidentiality clauses on your (ex) staff!
@GSofAmedia
So no criminality then? non-disclosure, confidentiality, no compromisation of forensic crime scene? , at what point does the Scottish Government start to talk to the Procurator Fiscal about the Mack Fire?
@NicolaSturgeon @jamesWolfeQC @Alison Di Rollo
So there's nothing odd about GSoA payouts/non disclosure agreements? Who was in charge of compromising a possible crime scene of arson? Glasgow City Council or the GSoA?
@PaulJSweeney@SaveSauchiehall@Sunday_Post If the GSoA is found negligent is there cross-party support for a compulsory purchase order or community buy-out of the Mack building?
Should the Scottish Government have to compensate the GSoA?
@mckenna_andrew The only way if the city council put a compulsory purchase order, or maybe a community buy-out.
The Scottish Government has a conundrum, it doesn't want to hold a Public Enquiry find the GSoA negligent and then have to compensate the GSoA by taking ownership of the Mack plot
@pauline4glasgow How many new charge points for electrical cars are being set up in Glasgow with the "City Deal and Avenues Projects?" or is this another example of Glasgow City Council's lack of leadership and inability to think the bigger picture?
@theSNP These forests are dead-zones, there is no trophic cascading, planting sitka spruce acidifying the soil is not good for Scotland's environment and wildlife
