Garden love seat ordered on March 23 from @AldiUK - cost £240. It never arrived. I am having to chase every day for my refund. I can’t get it until they find the chair from delivery service. Why is this my problem #aldi. I want my refund.

@guidocity I am also having a nightmare getting a refund from a garden chair that was never delivered. I paid £240 and 7 weeks later I am still having to ring every day and I get a different story every time. They won’t refund me until they have found the chair - or rather XPD have.

@UKPowerNetworks This isn’t good enough! Every day we are told we’ll be connected today. And nothing happens. This is now the 5th day with no heating, hot water, ability to cook, etc. can you at the very least stop giving us a different story every time we call ?!?!

We’ve had no power since lunch time Friday. Every time we ring @UKPowerNetworks we get a different story and every day the reconnection will happen by 4 or so they say. Appalling response! We are cold and very fed up.
