@hillbillychiefs@sjbtc28@ItsPeptime Fair enough. I do know some people that got their IGF 1 levels in the 400 range with 2mgs of tesa. Moral of the story just stay on top of your IGF 1 levels and adjust from there.
@hillbillychiefs@sjbtc28@ItsPeptime lol you will still have to worry about insulin resistance with Tesa. Increased IGF 1 levels will always mess with your insulin. The goal is not to run for long periods of time and cycle off. The most you should take is like 6-8 months a year with cycling in between.
@TheShreddington@DavidWitti9510 Wow sorry to hear! I’m so curious for my own self, how did you even know to check for that? You really can’t find out about soft plaque unless you do a CCTA . To do a CCTA you need unexplained symptoms. Looking at your pics, I can’t imagine you have any issues with cholesterol!
@NocturnalNelly Awesome labs. Honest question if you are taking 25 mcg of T3 how come your TSH is still high 3s and T3 in the 3 range? I’m curious because I’m thinking about taking T3 as my TSH is at 4.05. Thanks !
@GoinRaven@umichvoter Yeah but all the highways are constantly packed and the houses suck compared to NJ( dollar for dollar comparison). Yes they have better schools other than that NJ is way better!
@IncludeProtein Daal Chawal is probably one of the most anabolic meals out there. Yes true it doesn’t have that much protein but good amount of carbs. Most people know that carbs in muscle sparing 😃as long as there’s not copious amount of ghee .
