What did the radiologist report say? It’s harder to call a negative exam as positive, than to miss a tear on a standard MRI, even at 3T . You probably have a tear. The type associated with throwing are different than the ones with trauma or weightlifting. If it hurts again, get it scanned as an arthrogram.

1000% this does NOT happen. You don’t hold onto stock to pay 40% in estate tax - instead of putting it in a trust to prepay the transfer at the 20% capital gains tax (or just at some point pay the 20% capital gains tax so that your kids don’t lose 40% to the government at your death) .
