A 3D view of the new longest-extent record megaflash detected by the @NOAASatellites#GLM! The grey shell is a #NEXRAD radar composite of the cloud volume. The flash developed into the stratiform region (shallower clouds) before expanding out in all directions!
Ok. Over ~36 hrs we've had: a record high, tornado watch, possible tornado near the house, 3 inches of snow at least, AND thundersnow! I've got my Weather Bingo done for 2022!
