Shame on you @easyJet you treat your customers appallingly. And conveniently the customer compensation form doesn’t work. My poorly aunt is being thrown out of her hotel room now and doesn’t fly until 10pm tonight. Absolutely disgusting!

@easyJet Compensation got refused as the reason for cancellation conveniently changed to ‘weather disruptions’. This was not what we were told on the day. £100 spent in taxis to and from the hotel also got refused despite supplying receipts as requested. Ended up severely out of pocket!

@easyJet Yes eventually. Although easyJet messed this booking up and we didn’t get the right rooms. Which means my young children are in a room on their own (9yrs old). Also had to pay £50 in a taxi to get here. Hopefully we will be able to get home tomorrow. Not impressed at all.

@easyjet. I know cancellation sometimes inevitable but appalling customer care at Barcelona airport. 4hrs in queue to resolve, travelling with 2 passengers with medical needs. No water/food offered till after 4 hours of queuing. No priority made for those with special assistance
