Hi @LidlGB, I bought 2 loaves priced at £1.05 or 84p with a Lidl Plus card. I scanned my Lidl Plus card but was still charged £1.05 each. When I asked the manager, he said there was nothing he could do. Is this correct?

@BulbUK I had smart meters installed 6 days ago. The gas meter is working fine. The electricity meter isn’t sending readings. I don’t understand why I have to wait until 13th April and report it again before you will investigate it. Can you explain it please?
