@HalifaxBank v. nice but washed hands of us. #Optimalegal ignored me until I used
@resolvercouk π and now have issued an apology and a small compensation. Remortgage completed by a lovely local solicitor and completed 2 weeks before expiry. Phew! 2/2
If you are stuck in conveyancing purgatory with #optimalegal highly recommend sacking them off and using your own conveyancer instead even though it will cost you £££, but it will save you a lot of heartache. Made a complaint to both @HalifaxBank and Optima... 1/2
Hi @HalifaxBank We're very keen to sort our remortgage with you but it's stuck in the black hole that is #optimalegal - no comms for weeks from them despite them having everything they need to progress. Please help.

Appalling and deeply distressing that the government is threatening to scrap the right of refugee children to be reunited with their families here.

Done a bit of reading on the @OmbudServices website about backbilling, think you have behaved very badly @eonenergyuk and against the rules. Oh dear. Will enjoy writing a letter of complaint and sharing it with THE WORLD.
@MoneySavingExp@NTSscamsteam There seem to be a number of @eonenergyuk customers affected by backbilling (and terrible customer service when we try and sort it out). What should we do?
Remember kids... Looking for some sparkly #electricity Well @eonenergyuk will send you random bills in perpetuity for your entertainment, because who doesn't love hold music and surly customer service advisors, am I right?
@eonenergyuk @EONhelp Also, please be assured that the electricity wasn't used 5 years ago, but I would like to send you a bill regardless, then cock it up spectacularly with a bunch of further random bills. Is that ok? How do I go about doing that? Genuinely curious.
@eonenergyuk @EONhelp I think that I would like to Bill you for a random amount please. How would I go about doing that? Don't worry if you haven't actually used the electricity from me, it doesn't matter.
What if I rang @EONhelp and they refused to give me the details of the ombudsman to make a complaint? Pretty sure that is on the list of 'crap energy company practices'.
@EONhelp @eonenergyuk what if a company, let's say... Eon, made a collection of administrative errors which the customer had to unpick... What would you do then @EONhelp ?
@eonenergyuk @EONhelp for example, what would I do if a company let's say... Eon, tried to backbill me for a property from 5 years ago? Isn't that illegal now?
