I cancelled my contract within the cooling off period, I was assured when someone from your team sorted this for me on 24/04 the issue was resolved! Well it isn’t! I’ve just received another bill. Absolute joke!!!
@VodafoneUK I cancelled my contract within the cooling off period (SIM card never arrived) now I keep getting texts about unpaid bills but can’t speak to anyone as can’t get past security as I don’t have a Vodafone account!!! HELP!!!
