@easyJet I’ve been trying everything to cancel my booking for a flight tomorrow. Under manage booking I can only change when I take the flight (I don’t want to) or it says to apply for a government tax refund. But that doesn’t actually cancel my seat tomorrow. What should I do?

@LNER morning, I have a seat reservation but the seat is facing backwards. I was going to move to a forward facing seat but it says “may be reserved later”. Can I amend this so I don’t lose this new seat?

@Accessorize hi, I bought this hair clip in Edinburgh airport 2 weeks ago but it just snapped when I went to put it in my hair. I didn’t keep the receipt because I was off on holiday. Is there a way of returning it for a refund without a receipt?
