.@ncbn గారూ… మీరు బీసీలపై నయవంచనతో కూడిన రాజకీయాలు ఇంకా ఎన్నాళ్లు చేస్తారు? ఇంకా ఎన్నాళ్లు వారిని మభ్యపెట్టి మోసం చేయాలనుకుంటున్నారు. బీసీలకు 34 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు అంటూ డ్రామా చేస్తున్నారని మీకూ తెలుసు? సుప్రీంకోర్టు గత తీర్పుల వల్ల అది ఏ కోర్టులోనూ నిలబడదని కూడా మీకు తెలుసు? కోర్టులో నిలబడదని తెలిసీ, 44 రోజులుగా మీరు చేసింది కపట నాటకం కాదా? ఇవాళ మీరిచ్చిన జీవోలను కొట్టేస్తూ, హైకోర్టు తీర్పు ఇచ్చిన నేపథ్యంలో బీసీలకు క్షమాపణలు చెప్పి, లెంపలు వేసుకోండి చంద్రబాబుగారూ..

చంద్రబాబుగారూ.. నిజంగా మీకు బీసీలకు 34 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు ఇవ్వాలని చిత్తశుద్ధి ఉంటే.. మీరు చేయాల్సింది కేంద్రంలో ఉన్న మీ కూటమి ప్రభుత్వాన���ని ఒప్పించి, మెప్పించి ఆ మేరకు రాజ్యాంగబద్ధంగా, చట్టబద్ధంగా ఒక మార్గాన్ని తీసుకొస్తే గాని, ఈ రిజర్వేషన్లు ఇవ్వడం సాధ్యం కాదు. మరి ఆ దిశగా మీరు ఏం చేశారు? కేంద్రంతో మాట్లాడారా? కనీసం మీ కేంద్ర మంత్రులతో అక్కడి కేబినెట్‌ సమావేశాల్లో ఒత్తిడి తీసుకువచ్చే ప్రయత్నం చేశారా? మీరు ఢిల్లీ వెళ్లినప్పుడు ఎన్నిసార్లు దీనిపై కేంద్రంతో చర్చించారు? ఇవి చేయకుండా, చెల్లని జీవోలు ఇచ్చి డ్రామాలు చేయడం వెనుక మీ ఉద్దేశం, బీసీలను మభ్య పెట్టి, మోసం చేయాలనే కదా? రాజకీయ స్వార్థం కోసం మీ డ్రామాలు ప్రదర్శించడానికి బీసీలే కావాల్సి వచ్చారా?

బీసీలపై ప్రేమ మాటల్లో కాదు చంద్రబాబుగారూ… చేతల్లో చూపించాలి. మా ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో మనసా, వాచా, కర్మణా బీసీల సహా ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, మైనార్టీ వర్గాలను ఆర్థ���క, సామాజిక, రాజకీయ పరంగా పైకి తీసుకురావడానికి అన్ని రకాలుగా పనిచేశాం. చరిత్రలో తొలిసారి విప్లవాత్మకమైన చట్టాన్ని, 2019 ఆగస్టులో తీసుకువస్తూ, రాష్ట్రంలోని కార్పొరేషన్లు, బోర్డులు, సొసైటీలు, కమిటీలలోని నామినేటెడ్‌ పదవుల్లో, కాంట్రాక్టు పనుల్లో BC, SC, ST, మైనార్టీలకు 50% రిజర్వేషన్ కల్పించాం. పదవులు పొందిన ఎంతోమంది బీసీలు, ఎస్సీలు, ఎస్టీలు, మహిళలు రాజకీయంగా చైతన్��వంతులయ్యారు. ప్రజాస్వామ్య ప్రక్రియలో ఒక మెట్టు పైకి వచ్చి, ప్రజాసేవలో పాల్గొన్నారు. దశాబ్దాల రాష్ట్ర చరిత్రలో ఎప్పుడూ లేని విధంగా ఈ వర్గాల్లో సరికొత్త నాయకత్వాన్ని తయారు చేసిన ఘనత ఒక్క వైయస్సార్‌సీపీకే దక్కింది. అంతేకాదు 139 బీసీ కులాలను కవర్‌ చేస్తూ 56 ప్రత్యేక బీసీ కార్పొరేషన్లు ఏర్పాటు చేశాం. మీ ప్రభుత్వం వద్దే మేం తెచ్చిన చట్టం ఉంది. రెండున్నరేళ్లుగా ఆ చట్టాన్ని ఎందుకు పట్ట���ంచుకోలేదు? మా మాదిరి మీరు ఎందుకు అమలు చేయలేదు? కళ్లముందే బీసీలకు మేలు కలిగే చట్టం ఉన్నా ఎందుకు పట్టించుకోలేదు? ఇదీ బీసీల పట్ల మీకున్న చిత్తశుద్ధి.

అంతేకాదు, ఇదే స్ఫూర్తిని కొనసాగిస్తూ మాకు మేముగా బీసీలకు రాజకీయంగా మంచి అవకాశాలను కల్పించాం. 11 రాజ్యసభ స్థానాల్లో నాలుగు బీసీలకు అవకాశం ఇచ్చాం. 58 ఎమ్మెల్సీ స్థానాల్లో 28 స్థానాల్లో బీసీలకు ప్రాతినిధ్యం కల్పించాం. చివరకు స్థానిక సంస్థల్లో కూడా జనరల్‌ స్థానాల్లో టిక్కెట్లు బీసీలకే ఇచ్చాం. 13 జడ్పీ ఛైర్‌పర్సన్‌ పదవుల్లో ఆరు, 13 మేయర్‌ పదవుల్లో తొమ్మిది, 84 మున్సిపల్‌ ఛైర్‌పర్సన్‌ పదవుల్లో 44 బీసీలకు ఇచ్చాం. 636 మండలాధ్యక్ష పదవుల్లో 239, 639 జడ్పీటీసీల్లో 227 బీసీలకే ఇచ్చాం, చంద్రబాబుగారూ.. మీ జీవితంలో ఎప్పుడైనా ఇలా చేయగలిగారా?

అంతేకాదు.. అమ్మ ఒడి, విద్యాదీవెన, వసతి దీవెన, రైతు భరోసా, పెన్షన్‌ కానుక, చేయూత, ఆసరా, సున్నా వడ్డీ, నేతన్న నేస్తం, మత్స్యకార భరోసా, వాహన మిత్ర, చేదోడు, ��ోడు తదితర సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాల్లో బీసీ కుటుంబాలు పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో లబ్ధిపొందాయి. వివిధ సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాల ద్వారా బీసీలకు మొత్తం రూ.1.82 లక్షల కోట్ల ప్రయోజనం అందించాం. ఇప్పుడు వీటన్నింటినీ నాశనం చేసి బీసీల ఉసురు తీస్తున్నారు. ఆర్థికంగా, సామాజికంగా, రాజకీయంగా బీసీలను పైకి తీసుకురావడం కోసం మేం ఏర్పాటు చేసిన నిచ్చెనలను విరగ్గొట్టారు. పైగా మీరిచ్చిన సూపర్‌ సిక్స్‌, సూపర్‌ సెవెన్‌లు సహా అనే�� హామీలను మోసాలుగా మార్చారు.

చంద్రబాబుగారూ.. మీకు నిజంగా చిత్తశుద్ధి ఉంటే, బీసీలకు 34% రిజర్వేషన్‌ ఇవ్వాలనుకుంటే, అది రాజ్యాంగబద్ధమైన చర్యల ద్వారా మాత్రమే సాధ్యం అవుతుంది. దీనికోసం కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వంలో భాగస్వామిగా ఉన్నమీరు, అక్కడ మీ పరపతిని వాడి, కేంద్రాన్ని ఒప్పించి, చట్ట సవరణ ద్వారా 34% రిజర్వేషన్లు తీసుకురావాలని డిమాండ్‌ చేస్తున్నాం.

గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయాల ఉద్యోగులపై చంద్రబాబు సర్కార్‌ పాశవిక దాడి, ఒక అమానుష చర్య. ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులపై పోలీసులు లాఠీఛార్జి అత్యంత తీవ్రమైన విషయం. వారి డిమాండ్లపై ప్రభుత్వం చర్చలు జరపనప్పుడు, ప్రజాస్వామ్యయుతంగా వారి గొంతును వినిపించడం నేరం ఎలా అవుతుంది? ఆందోళన చేస్తే ఈ రకంగా లాఠీలతో కొడతారా? మహిళలని చూడకుండా గాయపరుస్తారా? ఈడ్చి పడేస్తారా? శాంతియుత ఆందోళనలపై దాడులు చేసే ���ధికారం మీకు ఎవరిచ్చారు? ధర్నాకోసం వస్తున్న వారిని అడ్డుకుని పోలీస్‌స్టేషన్లలో నిర్భంధించి నరకయాతన పెడతారా? ధర్నా జరగనీయకుండా పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో ఉద్యోగులను అడ్డగోలుగా సస్పెండ్‌ చేయడం దారుణం కాదా? చంద్రబాబు గారూ… ఇది ప్రజాస్వామ్యమేనా? రోజురోజుకూ మీ నిరంకుశత్వం పెరిగిపోతోంది? అధికారం చేతిలో ఉందికదా అని ఏం చేసినా చెల్లుబాటు అవుతుందని అనుకుంటే ఎలా?

@ncbn గారూ… గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయాల ఉద్యోగులే కాదు, ఇవాళ ఏ ఉద్యోగి అయినా రోడ్డెక్కుతున్నారంటే, కారణం మేనిఫెస్టోలో మీరు హామీలు ఇచ్చి, తీరా అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత ఆ ఉద్యోగులందరికీ వెన్నుపోటు పొడవటమే. మీరు అధికారంలోకి వస్తానే ఐ.ఆర్‌.అన్నారు, పీఆర్‌సీ అన్నారు. తీరా ఐ.ఆర్‌.లేదు, పీఆర్‌సీ లేదు. మేం పీఆర్సీ ఛైర్మన్‌ను నియమిస్తే వెళ్లగొట్టారు. ఉద్యోగులకు హక్కుగా ఇవ్వాల్సిన 5 డీఏలు పెండింగ్‌. ఉద్యోగులు రోడ్డెక్కితే, అప్పుడు అందులో 2 డీఏలు ఇస్తానని ప్రకటించి, అరియర్స్‌ చెల్లింపునకు కూడా వాయిదాలు పెట్టారు. సరెండర్‌ లీవ్స్‌ పెండింగ్. ఉద్యో���ులకు పెట్టిన బకాయిలు దాదాపు రూ.4౦వేల కోట్లు.

వీటికితోడు , మీరు ఆ సీట్లోకి వచ్చిన తొలిరోజు నుంచే, మేం దేశంలో ఎక్కడాలేని విధంగా, పరిపాలనలో విప్లవాత్మక చర్యగా, తీసుకొచ్చిన గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయాలపై కక్ష గట్టారు. గ్రామ స్థాయిలోనే 54౦ కిపైగా సేవలందించిన, మా మానసపుత్రికలైన గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయాలు, వాలంటీర్‌ వ్యవస్థ నిర్వీర్యమే లక్ష్యంగా, మీరు ఆ వ్యవస్థలపై నిరంతరం దాడిచేస్తూనే ఉన్నా��ు. గ్రామ స్వరాజ్యం కనబడకుండా చేసేందుకు కుట్రలు ప���్నుతూనే ఉన్నారు. ఒకే నోటిఫికేషన్‌తో దేశచరిత్రలో ఎప్పుడూ లేని విధంగా 1.34 లక్షల శాశ్వత ఉద్యోగాలను, వాలంటీర్ల రూపంలో మరో 2.6 లక్షల ఉద్యోగాలను గ్రామ, వార్డు స్థాయిలో పారదర్శక పాలనకోసం మేం సృష్టిస్తే, హేతు బద్ధీకరణ పేరుతో శాశ్వతంగా 30వేల ఉద్యోగాలకు ఎసరు పెట్టడమే కాదు, వాలంటీర్లకు మేం ఇచ్చే రూ.5వేల జీతాన్ని, రూ.10వేలు చేస్తామంటూ కల్లబొల్లి కబుర్లు చెప్పి, తీరా అధికారంలోకి వచ్చాక వారికీ వె���్నుపోటు పొడిచారు. ఇప్పుడు వాలంటీర్లు అందించే సేవలనూ సచివాలయాల ఉద్యోగుల నెత్తిమీద పెట్టి, మోయలేని పనిభారాన్ని పెట్టారు. పారదర్శకతకూ, ఇంటివద్దకే పాలనకూ తెరదించారు. మీరు పెడుతున్న కష్టాలు, వేధింపులు భరించలేక ఒత్తిడికి గురై కొందరు, బలవన్మరణానికి పాల్పడి మరికొందరు, ఇలా ఈ రెండున్నరేళ్ల మీ దుర్మార్గ పరిపాలనలో ఏకంగా సుమారు 100 మంది ఉద్యోగులు ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోయారు. మరి ఇన్ని కష్టాలు పడుతున్నప్పుడు, వారి బాధలు వినాలనే ఉద్దేశం మీకు లేనప్పుడు, వారు శాంతియుత ఆందోళన ద్వారా తమ గొంతు వినిపించ��లనుకోవడం తప్పు ఎలా అవుతుంది?

చంద్రబాబుగారూ.. వెంటనే ఈ లాఠీఛార్జి ఘటనపై న్యాయవిచారణకు ఆదేశించడమే కాకుండా, ఉద్యోగులకు క్షమాపణ చెప్పండి. వారిపై విధించిన సస్పెన్షన్లను బేషరతుగా ఎత్తివేయండి.

ఈ సందర్భంలో గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయాల ఉద్యోగులకు వారి జగనన్నగా నేను హామీ ఇస్తున్నాను. దేవుడి దయ, ప్రజలందరి ఆశీస్సులతో వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి రాగానే, గ్రామ-వార్డు సచివాలయాల వ్యవస్థను మునుపటికంటే మరింత బలోపేతం చేస్తాం. తద్వారా గ్రామ స్వరాజ్యం మూడు పువ్వులు, ఆరుకాయలుగా వర్దిల్లుతుంది, మాట ఇస్తే, మాటమీద నిలబడే విశ్వసనీయ పాలన మళ్లీ ఉజ్వలిస్తుంది. ఉద్యోగులు తమ బాధ్యతలను గొప్పగా నిర్వర్తించేలా, ప్రజలకు అద్భుతమైన సేవలు మీ ద్వారా మళ్లీ అందేలా, దేశం మీవైపు చూసేలా అన్నిరకాల చర్యలు తీసుకుంటాం. ఇప్పటికే రెండున్నరేళ్లు అయిపోయింది. ఇక మిగిలింది రెండున్నరేళ్లు ��ాత్రమే. కళ్లుమూసుకుంటే ఆ కాలంకూడా ఇట్టే గడిచిపోతుంది. మన అందరి ప్రభుత్వం ��ప్పక వస్తుంది. తప్పకుండా మీకు న్యాయం జరుగుతుంది.

Democracy can stand only when people have complete confidence in constitutional institutions such as the Election Commission. National media reports that two Election Commissioners raised objections on several occasions to decisions, electoral rolls and the management of ECINet have led to serious questions and doubts among the public.
Rather than an exchange of allegations, the public needs clarity on what objections were recorded, what action was taken on them, and how transparently the system functioned, be it for adding, deleting or restoring names on electoral rolls. Steps are needed to give people confidence on these matters.
Ultimately, we must strengthen public trust in the electoral process, protect every citizen’s right to vote, and strengthen the systems that allow people to exercise that right without fear.

In a democracy, transparency should not only prevail but should also appear to have prevailed. The very bill (Chief Election Commissioner and other Election Commissioners (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Term of Office) Act, 2023 ) which had our support then, should be revisited now in the current background. The Central government (Ruling Party) should come forward, set the normal in place dispelling this fear. An amendment to the bill be brought forward where the election commissioner is appointed by the three member committee which has Leader of Opposition (LoP), Chief Justice of India (CJI) and the Prime Minister as members once again. Student appointing the examiner is always prone to allegations even though the examiner is thoroughly honest and it is always better replacing the process with someone neutral. This move would definitely regain the esteem and the confidence in the Election Commission

This is especially important because, during the SIR process in Andhra Pradesh, the party in power misused its authority. On many occasions, our appeals went unheard. In the local body election process too, our objections as an Opposition party to the manner in which divisions were redrawn were brushed aside. Such actions undoubtedly weaken public confidence in the electoral process. Transparency and accountability are the true measures of how any institution functions in a democracy, and safeguarding them is that institution’s primary duty.

Today, along with senior YSRCP leaders, I met Hon’ble Governor Justice S. Abdul Nazeer Ji at Lok Bhavan. We submitted a detailed representation, along with evidence, regarding the attack on our party leaders, workers, and unemployed youth during the peaceful protest at the SAAP office.

We explained how arbitrary policy changes and serious irregularities had turned DSC–2025 into a massive scam. We also highlighted the police excesses against peaceful YSRCP protesters, including unlawful arrests and the registration of illegal and untenable cases. We sought a thorough and impartial inquiry into these excesses, a CBI investigation into the #MegaDSCScam, and the resignation of Education Minister Nara Lokesh.

ఇవాళ విజయవాడలో జరిగిన ఘటనలు చూస్తే మీ ప్రభుత్వం ఎంతగా దిగజారిపోయిందో అర్థమవుతోంది. సీబీఐ విచారణ జరిపించాలని కోరుతూ వ��ద్యార్థులు, నిరుద్యోగులతో కలిసి మా పార్టీ నాయకులు శాంతియుతంగా ర్యాలీ చేసేందుకు వెళ్తే వారిని అడ్డుకున్నారు, లాఠీలతో కొట్టించారు, టీచర్ల ముసుగులో మీ రౌడీలతో దాడులు చేయించారు. ప్రజాస్వామ్యంలో ప్రతిపక్షానికి ర్యాలీలు చేసే హక్కు కూడా లేదా చంద్రబాబుగారూ? డీఎస్సీలో మీరు స్కామ్‌లు చేశారు కాబట్టే, ఆ అక్రమాలపై ప్రశ్నిస్తూ మిమ్మల్ని, మీ అబ్బాయిని, బట్టలిప్పి కడిగేస్తున్నారు కాబట్టే, సమాధానాలు చెప్పలేక, తట్టుకోలేక ఇంతగా దిగజారిపోయి వ్యవహర��స్తున్నారు. ఏదో స్కాం చేసి దొరికినప్పుడల్లా తప్పించుకోవడానికి డైవర్షన్లు చేయడం మీకు అలవాటే. మీ బుద్ధే అంత.

మేం అడుగుతున్నది ఏంటి? లక్షలాది మంది అభ్యర్థుల భవిష్యత్తుతో ముడిపడిన డీఎస్సీ నియామకాల్లో జరిగిన అక్రమాలపై నిష్పాక్షికంగా సీబీఐ విచారణ జరపమంటున్నాం. ఎలాంటి తప్పూ జరగలేదని మీకు అంత నమ్మకం ఉంటే విచారణకు ఎందుకు వెనుకాడుతున్నారు? పైపె��్చు ఇన్ని ఆధారాలు కనబడుతున్నప్పుడు. టీచర్‌ పోస్టులకోసం లక్షలమంది యువత సంవత్సరాల తరబడి చదువుతారు. లక్షల రూపాయలు ఖర్చు చేస్తారు. అలాంటప్పుడు వారి కష్టానికి, ప్రతిభకు, న్యాయం జరుగుతుందన్న విశ్వాసం ప్రభుత్వ నియామక వ్యవస్థపై ఉండాలి. మీరు, మీ కుమారుడు లోకేష్‌ చేసిన స్కాంల పుణ్యమా అని ఆ విశ్వాసం ఏ నిరుద్యోగికీ, ఏ ఉద్యోగార్థికీ లేకుండా పోయింది.

మీ పోలీసుల బారికేడ్లు, మీ లాఠీఛార్జిలు, అరెస్టులు, కౌంటర్‌గా మీరు పెట్టించిన ఫేక్‌ ధర్నాలు పోయిన ఆ విశ్వాసాన్ని తీసుకు వస్తాయా? కేవలం సీబీఐ చేత జరిగే నిష్పాక్షిక విచారణ మాత్రమే ఆ విశ్వాసాన్ని తిరిగి తీసుకు రాగలదు.

పోలీసులను అడ్డుపెట్టుకుని స్కాంను దాచేయలేరు. ప్రతిపక్ష గొంతును అణిచివేసి వాస్తవాలను దాచలేరు. డీఎస్సీ అభ్యర్థులకు న్యాయం జరగాలి, ఉద్యోగాల నియామకాలు పారదర్శకంగా ఉండాలి. దానికోసమే మా పోరాటం. డీఎస్సీ అక్రమాలకు బాధ్యత వహిస్తూ లోకేష్‌ రాజీనామా చేయాలి. సీబీఐ విచారణ జరిపించాలి. అంతవరకూ డీఎస్సీ బాధితుల పక్షాన మా గొంతు నినదిస్తూనే ఉంటుంది.

X has confirmed that the takedown request originated from an official Andhra Pradesh Police email address, not the FBI’s! yet the officer names ‘FBI’ as the sender organisation.

Who ordered this takedown request? Why was the FBI’s identity misused? Was it a deliberate attempt to mislead X and silence voices questioning your government on

3.Amaravati looting

The police uniform is meant to protect the law, not to enforce your political censorship. Dragging the name of a foreign investigating agency into a political takedown operation has disgraced Andhra Pradesh and severely damaged the credibility of its police force.

The energy spent trying to muzzle critics should instead be directed to fulfill Super Six and Super Seven promises: Support farmers during these tough drought times, create real jobs, drive development, and address what actually matters to the people of Andhra Pradesh.

Social media makes it impossible to hide behind curated narratives. If this government is confident in its record, it should answer criticism with performance and transparency and not with censorship and harassment.
