TCS Layoffs — Dark Side Part 06
Mumbai - Location
An employee with 29 years IT experience, including 14 years at TCS, was forced to resign even while his medical leave was approved and he was scheduled for surgery the following week.
HR allegedly pressured him with just two options:
👉 Take 10 months compensation
👉 Or get terminated
He was working on an important project, updated in latest tech, yet pushed out.
And despite TCS publicly claiming 2 years compensation for employees with 10+ years of service, he was offered far less.
This raises massive questions:
⚠️ How many employees were forced to resign?
⚠️ How many actually received the compensation TCS claims?
⚠️ How many victims were medically vulnerable?
We demand a #SIT (Special Investigation Team) to audit the entire forced-resignation pattern at TCS and ensure accountability.
Employees deserve justice.
This cannot be ignored anymore.

@SupriyaShrinate I always hated @INCIndia but this time i have to completely agree @narendramodi faked military open hands. Couldnt bear American pressure. Shame on him.
As long as Pakistan uses its territory for terrorism against India, there can be no permanent peace. #Ceasefire or no ceasefire we must pursue the terrorists responsible for #Pahalgam attack.
I have always stood by the government & the armed forces against external aggression. This will continue.
I thank the armed forces for their bravery & their commendable skill. I pay homage to Army jawan, M Murali Naik, ADDC Raj Kumar Thapa & pray for all the civilians who were killed or injured during the conflict.
I hope this ceasefire gives respite to the people living in border areas.
I also hope that Indians and Indian political parties learn from the past two weeks: India is strong when it is united; our enemies benefit when Indians fight Indians.
I have some questions, and I hope the government will clarify:
1. I wish our PM @narendramodi had announced the ceasefire rather than the President of a foreign country. We have always been opposed to third party intervention since Simla (1972). Why have we now accepted it? I hope the Kashmir issue will not be internationalised, as it is our internal matter.
2. Why are we agreeing to talk on a neutral territory? What will be the agenda of these talks? Does the United States guarantee that Pakistan will not use its territory for terrorism?
3. Have we achieved our aim of deterring Pakistan from carrying out future terror attacks? Was our goal to get a Trump-brokered ceasefire or was it to bring Pakistan to such a position that it would not even dream of another terror attack?
4. We must continue the international campaign to put Pakistan in the FATF grey list.
If there had been a road to walk. An individual wouldn't have died. Yesterday every damn road is packed and every foot path is packed for sales of illegal stalls. No actions being taken by Kala chowki police station. I have heard they give hafta to some officials for these stalls
@CPMumbaiPolice sir since many years i am complaining about illegal encroachment by giving permissions for ganapati factories by @mybmc no actions is being taken. There are no roads to walk. If there is one single fire accident. Lakhs of people will die. Plz take urgent actions.
