એટલું જ નહીં, રજા પર ગયેલા આવા અધિકારી-કર્મચારીઓને તાત્કાલિક અસરથી ફરજ પર હાજર કરવાની સૂચનાઓ પણ સંબંધિત વિભાગ કે ખાતાના વડાને અપાઈ છે.

અધિકારી- કર્મચારીઓએ પ્રવર્તમાન પરિસ્થિતિમાં વિભાગના વડા, ખાતાના વડા કે કચેરીના વડાની પૂર્વ મંજૂરી મેળવ્યા વગર મુખ્ય મથક (હેડ ક્વાર્ટર) નહીં છોડવાની પણ સૂચનાઓ આપવામાં આવી છે.
