Sounds like those that paid for research end up making no profit .. bad investment !

Solution : every time drug is sold overseas.. pay back those that invested in its development ! US TAXPAYERS .

If US taxpayer is subsidizing development of new drugs that are sold all over the world , then why not US taxpayer benefiting from the profits outside the US ?? Meaning .. initial research is funded by US taxpayer benefiting, then once the drug is sold .. pay back to US taxpayer !
