@BankofScotland On inspecting the browser console, there is an error showing (some resource showing a 404). Not sure if it's related, but it might help trace the fault.

@BankofScotland Thanks Tony - not having any problems viewing or using PDF document. But having a problem GENERATING a PDF on your site. It's a form builder and should produce a customised PDF ready for download. 3 colleagues here have tried - all fail.

@BankofScotland 2/2 And I follow through and fill the requirements. I get a conformation email allowing me to continue at a later stage (with texted code). But the final download of the PDF doc fails every time. Been trying for 2 weeks on and off.
