@doyles98 ref: EPSO260310LONSTR , room 420, block booking for Epsom College, 10-12 March. 2 x teddy bears left in room. Bears were given to her by my late mother. Guest relations don’t respond to my emails
@premierinn I’ve spent a week trying to speak to your customer relations team. My daughter left 2 favourite teddy bears in your Stratford Hotel and no one is following up. Really poor customer service. Please find her bears!!
Well done to the girls U15 XI on winning the @schoolsportmag national cup today. Some great performances vs top class opposition ending a great cup run. The 3rd national title this year with one more final to go. Thank you to the organisers & @South_Wilts_CC for hosting so well.
We are devastated to report that we believe our Tawny Owl Merlin has been stolen from his flight pen. We are very concerned for his welfare. If you know anything about his disappearance please get in touch. Full details...

It's impossible to be a social media manager. We're great at what we do, and yet we still don't feel good enough to take up space in the industry. Like, we have to always be extraordinary, but somehow we're always doing it wrong.
You're expected to be creative, but you're not a graphic designer. You're expected to engage your audience and grow a community, but only push sales posts. You're expected to be a jack-of-all-trades, not a master of social media. You're expected to do the jobs of five people, but only get paid for one.
You have to answer for bad engagement rates or low conversions because you don't have any creative control - which is insane. You're expected to be funny, but not too unhinged because then you'll get accused of being an intern, or not doing "real" social media work. All because you made a meme.
But you need to always stand out and always be creative, making the next reactive and disrupting piece of social marketing. You have to be working at the same level as other companies who have entire social teams, never be too stressed, always act like you're having the best time and never complain about your work because... "It's easy". And it's contradictory, nobody gives you a medal or says thank you! And it turns out in fact that not only are you doing everything wrong, but also everything is your fault.
I'm just so tired of watching myself and every single other social media manager tie themselves into knots so that people will take us seriously.

Woke up to the sad news this morning that the iconic sycamore gap has been felled overnight. Living just 5 minutes down the road, it has been a place of solace for me on dark starry nights. It was a symbol that represented the unrivalled history and beauty of Northumberland.
