A nice example of "Hepatocellular Carcinoma, Fibrolamellar Variant" in 22F- Large "oncocytic" malignant hepatocytes (hence the old name "Oncocytic Variant", a misnomer) and fine lamellar fibrosis. Better prognosis, younger age, no association with Hep B/C and s-AFP mildly elev.

A rare primary #tumor of the #liver: Calcifying nested stromal epithelial tumor. Well defined nests of spindled to epithelioid cells surrounded by desmoplastic stroma. #Psammoma-like #calcifications & #osteoid material may be present. AE1/AE3, WT1 & abnormal b-catenin (+).
