🚨 I'm not going to sugarcoat it, I think about this tweet from the Education Secretary. A lot.

Confronting terrorism is an ugly business, but the NY-DSA win due to college students overwhelmingly voting for socialism should scare the sh*t out of 77 million Trump voters.

The Education Secretary assumed her role on March 11, 2025.

52 days later, the Qatari Ambassador slithered his way into her office for a meeting and an intentional photo op.

I have no evidence on record of any other Ambassador in the world coming into the DoE for a meeting with our Education Secretary. If there is one, I'm open to proof.

Qatar has sunk over $6 BILLION into our education system, but it's more likely up to $9-10 BILLION, due to the fact that we truly have no clue what "gifts" they hand to universities.

Before this meeting, 60 universities were under investigation for rabid antisemitism and terror support by the DoE. Campuses had federal funding halted.

After this meeting, I began to notice that the funding faucet began to flow again. Investigations became public figures complaining and the university president's lying.

President Trump signed a bold Executive Order, (E.O. 14888) demanding the DoE to implement stronger enforcement against universities receiving federal funds.

Terror support and radical organizations such as the DSA, the PSL (Party for Socialism and Liberation), and the SJP (Students for Justice in Palestine) have grown exponentially on American campuses since this meeting happened between Linda McMahon and the Qatari Ambassador.

I have one question as an American and as a taxpayer: Why?

I have attended CPR classes over the years, but was never told this particular scenario. I was told that when your body starts sweating profusely for no apparent reason followed by what feels like a spasm at the end of your esophagus, that is your body’s warning sign.

When you are alone and have a heart attack, what are you gonna do? A really good post that can't be shared often enough:

1. Take a 2 minute break and read this:
Let's say it's 5:25 pm and you're driving home after an unusually hard day's work.

2. You are really tired and frustrated.
All of a sudden you experience chest pains. They are starting to radiate in the arm and jaw. It feels like being stabbed in the chest and heart. You're only a few miles away from the nearest hospital or home.

3. Unfortunately you don't know if you can make it..

4. Maybe you've taken CPR training, but the person running the course hasn't told you how to help yourself.

5. How do you survive a heart attack when you're alone when it happens? A person who is feeling weak and whose heart is beating hard has only about 10 seconds before losing consciousness.

6. But you can help yourself by coughing repeatedly and very strongly! Deep breaths before every cough. Coughing should be repeated every second until you arrive at the hospital or until your heart starts to beat normally.

7. Deep breathing gives oxygen to your lungs and coughing movements boost the heart and blood circulation. Heart pressure also helps to restore a normal heartbeat. That’s how cardiac arrest victims can make it to the hospital for the right treatment.

8. Cardiologists say if someone gets this message and passes it on to 10 people, we can expect to save at least one life.

9. FOR WOMEN: You should know that women have additional and different symptoms. Rarely have crushing chest pain or pain in the arms. Often have indigestion and tightness across the back at the bra line plus sudden fatigue.

We make it far too easy for senators in the minority to use the filibuster to kill bills supported by the majority.

The whole idea behind the filibuster has, from the beginning, been to protect and prolong debate—not to cut off debate, forcing the Senate to abandon any bill that doesn’t immediately receive the support of at least 60 senators.

Filibustering is supposed to require far more than opposing cloture.

Especially for bills of exceptional national importance—like the SAVE America Act—senators should be required to hold the floor and speak.

The minute filibustering senators stop doing that, the legislation can and should be passed at a simple-majority threshold.

This is not a radical idea.

This describes what the filibuster is, how it has historically operated, and how it should work today.

A world-famous scientist sent a single tweet about feeding a baby, and his own profession spent four years and millions of rand trying to take his medical licence for it. His real crime was changing his mind about carbohydrate, in public.

Tim Noakes had been the high priest of carb-loading. He wrote the book that taught a generation of runners to fuel on starch, then he went back to the science, decided he had been wrong, and started advocating the low-carbohydrate, high-fat way of eating he credits with reversing his own type 2 diabetes.

In February 2014 a mother on Twitter asked him whether low-carb eating was safe while breastfeeding. He replied that the baby thrives on the breast milk itself, and that the thing to get right was weaning onto real food rather than processed cereal. That was the whole offence.

The president of the national dietetics association reported him. The Health Professions Council of South Africa charged him with unprofessional conduct and put him on trial. It ground on for years. In April 2017 the panel cleared him on every count, finding the tweet scientifically sound and incapable of harming anyone. The council appealed. In 2018 the appeal was dismissed as well. He won twice, comprehensively, over a single tweet about weaning a baby.

Noakes said the case had been built to silence anyone trying to change public opinion about food and the food industry. You do not have to take his word for the motive to see the shape of it. A man was put through a four-year ordeal, not for being wrong, but for contradicting the dietary consensus where ordinary people could read it. The message to everyone watching was meant to be simple. Keep your mouth shut. He kept his open, and he was proved right.
