These three things ARE the alpha of this cycle.
I look at them as the holy trinity of crypto security and they radically boost your productivity (when doing web3 things) and brandability.
These are the @gridplus (hardware device), @Rabby_io (web3 wallet) and @ensdomains subdomains
Let's explain why you should be using these to improve just about everything related to your web3 interactions.
This is a longer thread. But it will change your life.
1) Gridplus: https://t.co/VSiTZMbr1F
Why: because it's to @Ledger what the Ford automobiles were to the horse and buggy.
It's just better in every way, and like ledger, you don't have to clean up piles of shit, such as giving away your transactional history to governments and whatever other nefarious things they are doing with the Ledger software.
Basically, you can think of the gridplus as a hardware device where you can put a smartcard that has a unique seed key. Each card = entire hardware seed key.
The seed is stored on the card, is never exposed outside of this. You can have it so your SMARTCARD (and copies of the card) are basically your seed phrase. So you don't need to dig around with a piece of paper holding your ledger seedphrase -- the smart cards ARE your seed phrase. Just store various smartcards (all tied to the same seed) in various places and you won't run the risk of say someone discovering your seed phrase on a piece of paper. You find someone's smart card? Ok, but unless you have the pincode, you can't access it. So it's the same as finding someone's ledger.
For workflow, you can have 1 smartcard per major NFT collection / asset. When you want to swap between collections/addresses, you physically put in that card tied that has those addresses on it. This effectively is like having as MANY ledgers as you would like, all tied to the same device. Swapping between hardware keys is as simple as taking out one card and swapping the other card in. It's powerful, and beautiful system.
The device uses wifi or ethernet cable, and has a large touch screen. When you use this device to sign transactions, the UI and UX is 10x better than the ledger. Like seriously, you won't ever go back. I HIGHLY recommend this device.
THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THAT THE DEVICE IS BIG AND THERE ARE NO PORTABLE VERSIONS YET. SO YOU WILL NEED TO HAUL THIS BEAST AROUND WITH YOUWHEN TRAVEL OR PAIR A LEDGER (bleh) TO THE SAME SEED WHEN YOU TRAVEL.
2) Rabby Wallet: https://t.co/lqot0NUZfn
Why: Because it's this is what we origionally prayed for when it comes to web3 wallets, but were cursed with metamask instead. It's an order of magnitude better usability and security than @MetaMask .
3) ENS+Subdomains: X.X.ETH
Examples:
-skyborne.grail.eth
-chronoforge.grail.eth
-valeria.grail.eth
-pixelmon.grail.eth
Why: Because you radically improve your security, level up your brandability, and improve readability in your day-to-day workflow.
I will drill down into this a bit because subdomains are such a powerful thing and completely underused by the web3 world.
(how it works: https://t.co/CutiVDWaQ6)
Subdomains are
BETTER SECURITY
Each subdomain CAN be attached to a different erc20 wallet address (so a different wallet completely). This radically improves security because you silo your erc20 assets (i.e. NFTs/tokens) into completely different wallets. If you make a mistake and get drained on one wallet, your other assets under those other subdomains are safe. Note the security benefit only applies if you create a completely different ERC20 address for that subdomain and NOT the same address as the base ENS.
BETTER ORGANIZATION OF ASSETS
You also get a boost in how you organize your collections. If you have MANY nft assets such as myself, it's far easier to manage them, handle the tokens, airdrops when you have the collections split between different ENS subdomains attached to different wallet address.
BETTER BRANDABILITY (RIDE ON THE POWER OF YOUR CORE ENS NAME)
Finally, you get a HUGE boost to your brandability without compromising security. Key here is that if you have a good ENS name already, you can basically get the same benefits (only YOUR ens can have a subdomain associated with it).
If you build a brand of a brand around your ENS in the web3 space, it's very easy for OTHER web3 savy people to identify your investments or activities such as
1) mints,
2) nft/crypto assets in the holders lists,
3) you participation in web3 events.
Functional example of why subdomains are good for branding while offering better security?
So skyborne.grail.eth buying into a new NFT collection IS the same grail.eth buying into a collection and everyone knows it's the same person. Because ony grail.eth can create x.grail.eth names.
But because a subdomain is used and attached to a different erc20 address, it's SAFER.
SUMMARY
You can tie in all the above: gridplus device + rabby wallet + ens subdomains to supercharge your workflow with no downsides.
Gridplus smartcards tied to an subdomain ENS, which you have a collection. To access those assets, you need to physically swap in the smartcard tied to this. Far better security then say having all your assets on one seed. Your Rabby supports gridplus and allows you to easily swap between different Gridplus Lattice1 smart cards (metamask does too, but rabby is just better at it).

@lowriderrr7 @AnnabelPearl3 @nftworldsNFT @tryMetaFab Right, wrld is just one token supported on MetaFab, and devs can opt to create their own if they want to go that route. I'll tweak to the extent the word default is throwing people off. That said, only wrld will be used within the NFT Worlds ecosystem itself
