@BritishGas I feel like I'm pestering but how long should it take for my newly installed smart meters to start working properly as smart meters and when do I get the energy monitor that I keep being promised ? My bills are currently estimated and two engineer visits already...

@BritishGas I had a smart meter install (electric and gas) over a month ago and the installer said he couldn't get it to connect so I'd be contacted within 28 days, still not heard anything and still no smart meter functioning :S any idea what I need to do?
