This may be my most controversial tweet of the day: Why on earth doesn’t @TfL have signs visible on every bus and tube telling passengers to use headphones? It’s one of the simplest things to improve the transport environment for everyone. If one can afford a smart phone, one can afford headphones. In Japan this is standard practice. It works.
