@chrissyfarr @erinbrodwin Dtx requires hcps to prescribe , payers to pay , and people to take/ continue tot take it. But dtx is new and complex, not everyone understands it so it’s hard to get all those three pieces. Integrated companies with control over >1 may have more potential for success

@elonmusk I agree. one of the issues is legally entering the country isn’t as easy as it’s made to look. We need to make legal immigration easier and then deport illegal immigrants.

@jubunnies I get your reasonable expectations of a friend but people can be clueless. In your shoes I would’ve said I wanted to but couldn’t and leave it to them to ask giving them the benefit of the doubt. But I’m sure this is more complex than I’m making it.

@JConnol I agree. But companies trying this need to have an excellent ability to integrate into workflows of clinicians. Escalations from virtual to in person should be triaged but that’ll be group dependent.

I just signed up for TMobile business on Tuesday and they disconnected my cellular internet because they need documents BUT never told me they did. Customer service says they can’t do anything until I submit and im away for work wth?!? @TMobileHelp @TMobile

@jareddashevsky Imagine if it says - patient may benefit from referral for farm rx due to food insecurity or med prescribed may be too expensive for the patient, consider alternatives or assistance programs - that would be amazing and within reach!
