The 4th edition of the BTS e-newsletter was launched during the event. Cultural performances, quizzes, and awareness sessions added to the day’s engagement, reinforcing the importance of regular voluntary blood donation in building a resilient healthcare system.

The 2 days of the WHO-Prequalification Sensitization Workshop for IVD developers & manufacturers has been a big step towards enhancing global health standards with local excellence!

Day 2 focused on multiple technical sessions vis-a-vis-
🎯what regulators look for when one submits for evaluation, | 🎯clinical experience of IVDs safety & performance | 🎯challenges during tech transfer, etc

The icing-on-the-cake were the thematic clinics on:
🎯Expectation & guidance for WHO-PQ programme
🎯Device master file requirements
🎯Workflow of instructions for use by IVD kits
🎯Kit validations- location & sample size,
where all the founders interacted one-on-one with the facilitators of these clinics from WHO India, C-CAMP and CDSCO teams to review, analyse & understand what all needs to be done for that ultimate PQ mark for their kits

Day 2 of C-CAMP Indigenisation of Diagnostics #InDx programme hosted WHO-Prequalification Sensitization Workshop for invitro diagnostics developers and manufacturers included an excellent talk on Allyship and why we need it in modern life, workplace and beyond

Sarita Gadgil, @womenlifthealth broke down what Allyship constitutes and how to implement it in everyday life through an extremely participatory and interactive session

She underlined the need to be aware of unconscious bias in our decisions and encouraged the audience to embrace and advocate for Allyship to bring greater inclusivity, diversity and equity to our organisations.
