Most private funds report marks. We're reporting cash returns.
Today we're sharing net realized performance for the first 7 funds built by our partners over @EquityBee 2023 - 2025 vintages. Every fund is at least 12 months old. Nothing excluded.
Most of each fund is still unrealized. This is what's already come back.
7 funds. Different managers, different investment strategies. What they share is the underlying asset: funding employees' stock option exercises at private companies.
I’m incredibly proud of what we’re building at @EquityBee - reason #1337
We are making the world a better place (for real!) 🌍
Several years ago, we funded an employee who needed $350K+ to exercise his stock options. He immigrated from India and was on the verge of losing his hard earned equity.
He got funded via Equitybee
His company went public
Total return of his equity: over $4M
He personally netted about $3M
A life-changing outcome for him, and a great return for the investors who backed him.
But the story didn’t end there.
He used some of his proceeds to start a nonprofit in India that provides medical treatment for children in underserved communities. Because he was able to keep his equity, kids who otherwise wouldn’t have access to care are now getting the medical treatment they need.
This is the ripple effect of Equitybee.
This is why Equitybee exists.
Proud of the team, proud of that employee we funded, and proud of the impact we’re creating.
Excited to share our latest case study about the @nextInsurance1 acquisition by MunichRe
Our investors achieved ~19.7% net IRR and 1.8× MOIC by funding employee stock options, outperforming Series D, E, F, and G investors - all while helping Next employees unlock life-changing liquidity.
This is what @EquityBee is all about:
✅ Giving investors early access to high-growth private companies
✅ Empowering startup employees to realize the value they helped create and experience a life changing event
Proud of our team and the incredible outcomes for both investors and employees.

Another powerful example of what makes @Equitybee so unique.
We just released our newest case study: the @ServiceTitan IPO.
https://t.co/ZnIyp597uD
59.75% IRR - that’s what the median Equitybee investor achieved.
13.7 months - from investment to liquidity as the median for investors.
That’s stronger IRR and faster liquidity than any VC who invested directly in ServiceTitan since its Series A - including top-tier firms like @sequoia , @BessemerVP , @BatteryVentures , and others.
And this is not a one-off. As we shared in our Q2 2025 DPI report, Equitybee platform investments have outperformed the top 10% of VC funds for 7 straight vintage years.
It’s IPO season. Following the recent FinTech IPOs, it’s now HealthTech’s turn. Earlier today, @carisls - Caris Life Sciences completed its IPO with an impressive ~30% pop at the close.
@EquityBee is a mission-driven company, and every IPO or exit event makes me prouder that we’re able to support employees—empowering them to own their share in their company’s success and experience life-changing events.
Caris is doing something even bigger: they help save lives. Nothing beats that. It makes me especially proud that we supported their employees and provided our investor network with access to such an incredible company.
The IPO window is on ice. But while everyone’s waiting for it to open, the secondary market is steaming hot.
Looking at our historical data at @EquityBee:
The average IPO delivered a return of 1.72x within 18.7 months
While the average tender offer/secondary deal returned a staggering 3.16x in just 20.6 months
Companies are staying private longer, the private market is getting more and more efficient —and the secondary market is on 🔥

I love Reddit. This one is close to my heart.
March 21, 2024 was @Reddit IPO day. Equitybee's investors funded 12 Reddit employees. Post lockup period, these employees could finally sell their hard-earned shares, and experience life-changing events.
Who did better? via @PitchBook , we managed to get the price per share paid by the VCs in the relevant investments rounds. So we could compare returns.
Equitybee investors saw a median net IRR of 36% and a median net MOIC of 1.65x.
Compared to the estimated Series E investors' 7% IRR—or the Series F investors' -5% IRR (yes, it’s negative).
This example demonstrates how funding employee stock options can be an advantage over traditional VC investing.

Not to brag, but the ladies at our Israeli office sure know how to throw a party! 💃🏻💃🏽💃🏿
This time, we enjoyed a stand-up performance by the hilarious Noga Dangeli, consumed copious amounts of sushi, and yes - thanks for asking - we also got branded cups because #Swag.
