The August 2023 US State Department visa bulletin has retrogressed the EB-1 dates, the visa for extraordinary ability, for Indians by TEN years from 2022 to 2012.

The US has sent a clear message: "We don't care if you won a Nobel Prize, If you're Indian, you're outta luck."
