@VivekGRamaswamy Its time to stop H1 Visa. Totally fraud. Is it allowed for companies to do Visa fraud then just pay fine if caught

@elonmusk@kirillzzy@elonmusk@USCIS 90% are dishonest people and not talented and hardworking. They are fake. People are opening their own journals and publishing their own ChatGPT research papers see this fake journal https://t.co/7GgB6BTJxy

@SpeakSamuel However I appreciate they got this dream of making filling date current and they tried though. I am unable to trust anyone now. All are political and playing with backlog life to make own benefit either money or some their own networking benefit or ....
@SpeakSamuel They wont give evidence as this is a made up story. Basically all of sudden they got active and started with new idea of making filling date current. Now maybe they know this is not going to happen so they need someone to blame hence starting with new story. Just my assumption.
@FrescoLeon Best thing to do is who ever completed waiting 10 years after I140 approval then excempt counting in cap and allow to file 485 and give them GC. In this way everyone will have maximum wait for 10 years. In total person spend 15 years max (5 years on H1 temporary).

This kid did NO WRONG, & her parents followed the law of land. Yet they got punished ONLY BASED ON THEIR COUNTRY OF BIRTH .After waiting in line for 15yrs, She is KICKED OUT & asked to apply New F1,OPT,H1B & then GC?

Last point on this — if you are in the backlog and either: 1) your immigration lawyer; or 2) your employer, is not publicly calling for visa bulletin filing dates to be made current on October 2023, you have every right to assume they are actively working to oppose this change.
Put another way — you can’t make any moral argument for giving parole and EADs to hundreds of thousands of people who have never been here before and yet keep forcing high-skilled immigrants who have been here for decades to be trapped working for only one employer. Shame!!
@RepDeborahRoss@SecMayorkas .@RepDeborahRoss you have to advocate for priority filling dates to be current in coming October which will not allocate a single green card but protect kids status and allow EAD/AP so these immigrants can wait in decades long queue with some level of dignity
@POTUS @USCIS
Why does a kid get punished when they follow the law, it contradicts on what they learn. Why does US ignore talents based on Country of Birth?
Awesome speech by kid, all parents should encourage their kids to speak up. https://t.co/Aht8Mhrh2J
Employment-based immigrants stuck in the #greencardbacklog due to per-country caps: Let your voices be heard. Send a letter to your representatives urging support for parole & work permits. Sample letter here:
