A Twist In The Tail (or Tale?!)

Here is a case dedicated to @HA_Bruno07! Similar theme, not as glamorous.

The lesion was initially uncrossable by both MCs and low profile balloons - you can see why.

(We treated the nodule with aggressive CBA and a DES in case you are wondering).

Without a doubt an AL catheter would have been the best option!
