Today we fulfilled our 100,000th order since making the move over to @Shopify.
Here are a few random things I’ve learned while selling ice cream cups for a living over the past ~6 years:

Breakfast Smoothie (around 8:30 AM) —
- 2 Fairlife Chocolate Milks (30g each)
- A cup of of triple berry mix (raspberry, blueberry, blackberry)
- 2 scoops of protein powder (25g / scoop)
- 3 scoops of psyllium husk powder (5g / scoop)
Lunch (around 2:00 PM)… Mo Bettah’s
- Teriyaki Chicken
- Teriyaki Steak
- White Rice
- Mac Salad
Then I don’t eat again until the next morning, for the same smoothie again.
Macros/micros are around
160g protein
114g Carbs
53g Fat
25g Fiber
Total calories around 1500
BMR is around 2000 calories
Trying to burn 1000 calories in activity each day
Hitting 10,000 steps/day as well
