@volodarik Define high? In my area weekly tuition is $400 per child (under 2) and goes down as they get older. They are open 6am-6pm. If you sent your kid 5/days a week for 8 hours per day, you’re paying $10/hr. Trying hiring a sitter at that rate.

@shawngorham If marketing has no idea how to reach their customers perhaps they have the wrong customers. Second, marketing is likely understaffed. What’s their biz model? A good biz dev type sales rep should be able to identify the problem. R they selling to bike shops and retailers?

@downi75 Yeah, the state is winning big time with over $3B in legal cannabis sales in 2023. The consumer gets charged a 10% excise tax and 6% sales tax. The state incentivized communities to opt-in to allowing cannabis biz with these tax payments.

@SMB_Attorney Two words- Vail Resorts. They own 41 resorts across the globe, have various levels annual passes which enables resort visits, more out of towners, less locals, prices go up, other resorts benefit as well. That and no one seems to be building new resorts.

@ChrisPalmerMD Our public school district is trying to partner with a local health system to put a health clinic in our schools. The initial motivation was to improve mental health, but my guess that won't be the focus. Health system is also fully funding one site and the other paid with grants
