My article on leadership and school librarians is out now in @InfoProMag. All school libraries need an experienced, professional librarian at their helm. We should be looking to our international colleagues for inspiration! @intlNadine@IFLA@GreatSchLibs@richardgerver
Excellent article by Committee Member Mary Rose Grieve on the tightrope school librarians walk in their leadership role. May we all be ‘gentle agitators’!
@jabberworks@philipreeve1 We are SO EXCITED about your visit to our school! Here are our parents starting work on our Mousebase; next week, we are expecting an army of Adventuremice to be running around school leaving their tails behind them….
@Headteacherchat We have just started to implement @nikkigamble ‘s Reading Journey app which fosters strong reading communities without the need for extrinsic motivators-but which allows teachers and parents to celebrate chns reading.

After a bit of a hiatus on X, I return with an autumnal-looking front cover of a brilliant book, finished today after our @CILIPSLG committee meeting. It was such a good read-perfect as the nights draw in-a rich mix of history, suspense magical fantasy and lots to think about🌰🍂
