We had an opportunity to buy it two years ago and I'm still bummed that it didn't work out

Sometimes you only get one shot to buy a particular building but I'm hopeful we'll get another crack at it in my lifetime

Our PSA says "may" in regards to ordering a survey

Seller's attorney reads "buyer shall furnish"

Ours gives us an option, his requires it

Long story short, somehow both sides ended up ordering surveys that we didn't even want in the first place
