i gotta see where miami is ranked on this. i remember like two seasons ago, we went like 5 games without a single holding call when there were moments on the broadcast the announcers were flabbergasted there weren’t multiple flags on multiple plays

[College Football Nerds @CFBNerds]

There's a subtle, but growing problem in college football with how games involving good teams are called by the refs.

Here are some notable teams ranked by OPPONENT penalties:

- Oregon 105
- Michigan 110
- Ohio St 115
- Alabama 120
- Georgia 122
- Texas 131

Desantis’s Surgeon General received a coveted tenured professorship at UF w/no vetting and a $262,000 salary to add to his $250K salary as Surgeon Gen. He teaches no classes, doesn’t do research, and blows off the school when they ask him to do any work. https://t.co/BncfkkpPVy

Two basic facts:

-Covid reopening and Russia-Ukraine helped produce high inflation globally in 2021-22

-Unlike other countries, US prioritized fast return to full employment and direct transfers to middle class, allowing typical households to come out ahead despite inflation

[Ron Llave (Xmas Edition) @HaceRopa]

what a silly person. what an inane talking point to be like “how dare u want to live in a top 10 city? only rich people should be able to live there!”

[Ron Llave (Xmas Edition) @HaceRopa]

perhaps men shouldn’t have insanely toxic views and then women might dare and marry them

[Washington Post Opinions @PostOpinions]

Gen Z women are turning left, while men are veering right, the Editorial Board writes. Can American marriage be saved? https://t.co/5HFQMGbcD0

japan is so perfect bc every single person there has a super niche fascination (normal) and then goes and starts a random 6-seater business dedicated to that only to discover that there’s like hundreds of people who also love that same exact thing lol

In Tokyo there is a Philadelphia themed bar, which was set up because the guy who runs it loved Philadelphia soul music, and wanted to set up place that only played that. Eagles games on the TV, cheesesteak on the menu.

We are a million dollar company, let’s act like one! (operate so a single sick call could derail the whole building)

[Ron Llave (Xmas Edition) @HaceRopa]

if my achilles tendon EXPLODED and the team i played for was terrible, and i 39 years old i would simply not try to make a return to the field just bc my ego was a little damaged. just me tho.

more proof rodgers is both dumb and an egomaniac

[Yahoo Sports @YahooSports]

Jets QB Aaron Rodgers could return to practice as early as next week and is targeting Dec. 24 as a potential return to the field per @RapSheet

Me receiving minor, accurate criticism

[Read Jackson Rising @JPHilllllll]

Israel has killed approximately 15,000 people in Gaza.

And according to their own data between 87% and 94% have been civilians.

Utterly indefensible.

[Read Jackson Rising @JPHilllllll]

Really revealing that Israel is using a ceasefire in Gaza to attack the West Bank, where Hamas isn’t in charge. It’s all about the overall mission of ethnic cleansing.

[Ron Llave (Xmas Edition) @HaceRopa]

lmao this sounds like it happened in tampa

Landlubbers have become so conditioned to government dominatrices you can basically pirate whatever booty you want without any resistance.

“Uber has developed algorithms for tailoring customer prices based on what they believe individual customers would be willing to pay and tailoring payments to individual drivers so they are as low as possible to get them to accept trips.” 👀👀👀👀

In the 15 minutes that Mark Stoops was the head coach at Texas A&M, he won as many division, conference, and national titles as Jimbo did.

He also had as many 10 win seasons as Jimbo during his tenure in Aggieville.
