Eradication was removed from the manual in 2001. The Holy Bible did not remove it, however. It remains as strong as ever. The need for a death to self, eradication of the old man.

@eanhammond The only time we find “leadership” in the ol’ King Jimmy NT is in regard to Roman officials and Jewish clerics. The early church chose super-simple terms (old person, table attendant) for a reason.
