1/2 Hi @virginmedia@SkyHelpTeam My mum, an NHS mental health nurse, was due to have Virgin internet installed today, but itβs been delayed until tomorrow. Sky turned off her service early, despite it being promised until 8:30am. She needs internet to work.
@RoyalMail I booked a collection for a return recently. The postie was expecting 2 parcels (a mistake on my part) but I only had 1. He scanned and took the parcel but Iβve had 2 x emails to say that both parcels werenβt collected because no one was in. Can you help, please? π¦π
