NUH is one of the first hospitals in the UK to pilot a new concept for our patients at breakfast time using the ‘Scraegg’ machine. The machine creates scrambled eggs in just 15 seconds! 🍳 🕐 This gives our patients a hot breakfast and additional protein in their meals. 👀📺👇
