pretty sure live chat agents can be vibe coded, I have one going live for us this week that's replacing a $80k/yr intercom bill for us, with triaged agents + human support (because Fin is too annoying/aggressive) - our entire app has been vibe coded by me, I have touched 0 code, site too.

knowledge is probably a moat for live chat SaaS
