@tradingwithash_ It's not the EMA's place to prevent a drug company from applying so long as it's safe and they followed the accepted protocol during clinical trials. Application acceptance is no indication of "clear intent to approve". They are not assessing efficacy during the pre-app phase
@Brian_Schmahl1@JoeSpringer The design of the trial doesn't just affect the placebo, it affects both groups. You're comparing apples to oranges by comparing placebo across different trials. All that matters is that the change in ADAS-Cog is statistically insig compared to placebo in THIS trial... that's it
